Different calories are handled differently. Carbs like glucose and starch are absorbed rapidly. Fiber on the other hand is slow to digest. The fact is that complex fiber from plants and whole grains blocks the digestion of other calories. So if you have fiber rich diet than you are very likely to burn up to 25% of your daily calorie intake. The objective then is to digest at leat 50 grams of fiber everyday.
4. Exercise will burn nearly all of the calories:
That is one of the greatest myths. Not even the uttermost fitness freaks achieve to burn more than 30% of the daily calorie intake. nearly all of the calories are burned during the whole of the day using our body for everyday functions. Just keep moving steadily throughout the day and you will burn more calories than a 40 min exercise routine.
5. You will lose weight if you absorb low calorie food:
