2. Step 2 Print or Export Barcodes

Step 1 Input Data and Set Format

This step is related to selection of barcode symbologies, creation of sequential barcodes and barcode customization to produce professional barcodes.

1. Select any of the linear barcode symbologies comprising of UPC A, UPC E, Codabar, Code 11, Code 128, Industrial 2 of 5, Planet, Intelligent Mail, Interleaved 2 of 5, Postnet, Telepen, MSI Plessey, EAN, UCC EAN 128, GS1 128 and other popular barcode fonts
2. Select Input Data option to create single barcodes by entering data in barcode Value, Text Above Barcodes and Text Below Barcodes
3. Choose create list option to input data manually or import option to import data from text or excel for making barcodes in list
4. Enter number in print quantity to adjust number of barcodes for printing on same page
5. Choose alternative to customize barcodes with basic settings like barcode width, barcode height, background, color etc
6. Alter text formatting such as text of Barcode Value, Text Above Barcodes and Text Below Barcodes
7. Change barcodes with advanced settings for instance bar width, bar height, color etc

Step 2 Print or Export Barcodes

This step is related to print barcodes with auto, manual or predefined label templates export barcode pictures in TIFF image formats to MS Paint.

1. Select any alternative from three different print alignments including auto, manual or predefined label templates
2. Auto is used to automatically print barcodes with various settings
3. Manual is employed to set label width, label height, horizontal gap, vertical gap etc
4. Print barcodes with Avery, Apli, Ace Label using predefined label standards
5. A print preview feature is provided for displaying barcodes preview before printing
6. Conserve barcode pictures in JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PNG, GIF, EMF, WMF, PCX and all other standard image file formats with 1200 dpi
7. Select choice to copy barcode labels upto 1200 dpi (dots per inch) to MS Excel, MS Word, MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop and other applications
